The regulations and policies are the institutional framework that ensures the smooth operation of the Cooperative Agricultural Association for Farmers of Northern Medina according to the highest standards of governance, transparency, and accountability. These documents define the rights, duties, and procedures organizing the work of the association, its members, and employees, and are considered a fundamental reference for all transactions and decisions.
The association bases its regulations and policies on the Cooperative Societies Law issued by Council of Ministers Resolution No. (73) dated 1449H, and the implementing regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and is subject to the supervision of the Social Development Center in Medina.
