Training programs are one of the fundamental pillars upon which the Cooperative Agricultural Association for Farmers of Northern Medina relies in its developmental journey. The association fully realizes that investing in the human element is the real investment that achieves sustainable returns and drives the wheel of progress and development in the agricultural sector. Therefore, the association has given this aspect great attention and exceptional care, and has prepared integrated training plans aimed at honing the skills of human cadres, raising their efficiency, and providing them with the necessary knowledge and expertise to keep pace with the rapid developments in the agricultural and marketing sectors.

In this context, and within the framework of the association's diligent and continuous efforts to develop human capacities and raise institutional performance efficiency, a number of distinguished training courses were implemented, directed at employees, association members, farmers, and those interested in the agricultural sector, in cooperation with specialized training providers with high competence and extensive experience in various training fields, aiming to enhance professional and practical skills, achieve sustainability in agricultural and marketing work, and raise the level of quality and productivity in all activities carried out by the association.

These training programs come at a critical time, as the agricultural sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing qualitative transformations and rapid developments, in light of the ambitious Vision 2030 directions aimed at diversifying the sources of the national economy and achieving food security and sustainable development. Therefore, these training programs were a practical and effective response to the requirements of the stage, and an active contribution to building national capacities and qualifying human cadres to play their desired roles in supporting the agricultural development march in the Kingdom, in a way that achieves the aspirations of the wise leadership - may God protect it - in building a promising and prosperous agricultural future.
