You have the right to escalate through the successive administrative levels, starting from the director of the concerned department, then the executive director, then the chairman of the board of directors, then the board of directors, and finally to external bodies such as the Social Development Center in Medina, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development, the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority, or the Saudi judiciary.

The association provides an integrated set of services including provision of trained agricultural labor seasonally and permanently, agricultural supplies including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and equipment, marketing of dates and agricultural products locally and internationally, combating agricultural pests in all their forms, specialized training and qualification programs, technical and advisory consultations, and support for investment projects and provision of funding sources.

Farmers can benefit from financing programs by contacting the association and submitting a request that includes the project idea and preliminary feasibility study, as the association coordinates with the Agricultural Development Fund and financing entities to provide concessional loans and finance the purchase of modern equipment and establish joint investment projects.
